Can I attend the “couples retreat” with a non-romantic partner?
Absolutely! In this case, couple just means two individuals. Whether you're a mother-daughter duo, best friends, siblings, etc., you're more than welcome to attend our retreat. All of our activities are tailored to the couple's needs and goals, regardless of the type of relationship.
Do you have any public/community retreats?

Where can we host a retreat?
Lolo is happy to work with you to host a retreat at a location that suits your needs and preferences. We prefer locations that are accessible to nature, as this allows for a deeper connection with the natural world and can enhance the overall retreat experience.

The length of the retreat depends on the type of retreat and the needs of the group. The average retreat is 2-3 days.
Do we need to have experience with meditation or yoga to attend a retreat?
No, prior experience with meditation or yoga is not necessary. The retreat experience is designed to be accessible to people of all skill levels and backgrounds.
